Don’t miss Matthew Gardner at the February Premier Breakfast!
Only one week left to register for the February Premier Breakfast. The meeting will be held at Overlake Golf and Country Club on Wednesday, February 15th from 9:00-11:00 a.m. Our guest speaker will be Matthew Gardner, a land use economist and principal with Gardner Economics LLC. Matthew is known to you all and is considered to be one of the foremost real estate analysts in the Pacific Northwest. He will be addressing the current economy and its effect on the high end residential market.
We will be showcasing new (since November) Premier listings at the start of the program in a networking slide show. If attending, please email up to four separate JPG photos of your listing (any size), with the Premier registration number, MLS number, address/city, and price to premier@windermere.com no later than Thursday, February 9th.

Spring Windermere Living Reservation Deadline Extended!
Don’t miss out! We’re still accepting reservations for the newly re-designed Spring issue of Windermere Living! The Spring issue will publish mid March and is distributed via a direct mail (±13,000 copies), agent advertisers and Windermere offices (±16,000 total distribution). Direct mail is in the form of a radius list of known homeowners surrounding each listing in the magazine (±75-100 copies per listing).

Showcase Your Listing on Windermere.com!
Each month, Windermere.com averages 1,000,000+ visits and the best way to ensure that a listing will be seen by those visitors is to have it featured in the Showcase Info Panel. Up to ten active listings will be featured for a two-week period. Space is filled on a first-come first-served basis. The next two-week period is coming up fast. Reserve a spot today!
Pricing: $300 for a two-week period.
Photo requirements: The listing must have at least 10 high-quality professional photos. The paid showcase listing panel is open to all listings that meet the photography requirements.
