At the November Premier breakfast, Pam O’Connor, President/CEO of Leading Estate Companies of the World, did a great presentation featuring 10 tips and tools on how to leverage your Luxury Portfolio and Leading RE resources. Over the next 10 weeks we will be covering one tip each week.

TIP 1 – Use a LuxeIntroductions Letter and Listing Presentation Box

Luxury Portfolio will send a letter of introduction on your behalf to an existing or prospective client. This is a great option for buyers, sellers and recent listers. You can also offer them a free 1-year subscription to LUXE Design + Interiors Magazine. This service is offered completely free of charge.

The listing presentation box features a customized welcome letter, a folder with custom listing sheets, the Luxury Portfolio brand brochure and samples of Unique Homes, Wall Street Journal and the Luxury Portfolio magazine.
