Instead of having a regular January Premier breakfast, we are having a special Premier event on January 23rd from 6-8pm at Barneys New York in Downtown Seattle. This is a great opportunity to network with your fellow Windermere colleagues and is open to all Windermere brokers and owners.

We are excited to announce that Windermere Living has a fresh new look for 2012! Windermere Living features listings from around our network and includes a Residential/Rental section, a Premier Properties section, as well as a section dedicated to properties in second home areas (Destinations). We have also added a brand new Estates section highlighting Premier estates priced over $3,000,000.

Each month, Windermere.com averages 1,000,000+ visits and the best way to ensure that a listing will be seen by those visitors is to have it featured in the Showcase Info Panel. Ten active listings will be featured for a two-week period. Space is filled on a first-come first-served basis, so reserve early. The next two-week period is coming up fast. Reserve a spot today for January 16 through January 30.

Pricing: $300 for a two-week period.

Photo requirements: The listing must have at least 10 high-quality professional photos. The paid showcase listing panel is open to all listings that meet the photography requirements.

Looking for a FREE advertising opportunity for an exceptional Premier listing?

Luxury Portfolio often features exceptional Windermere listings in Luxury Portfolio’s brand advertising. As we near 2012 Luxury Portfolio has a lot of new exciting branding ad opportunities available as BONUS exposure to you!! If you have an exceptional listing with beautiful photography, submit your photos to Luxury Portfolio for consideration! The larger the photo the better (minimum requirements are: At least 6″ wide x 4″ tall and 300 dpi.)

Once Luxury Portfolio has access to your great high resolution photos they will also consider them not just for branding exposure in magazines but also in Facebook albums (check out the most recent album of “Architecturally Unique Homes”) as well as in blog posts like the recent Spectacular Luxury Dining Rooms post and in public relations outreach and pitches to places such as Forbes.com, CNNMoney.com, MSNBC.com, WealthTV.com, and more!

Luxury Portfolio is currently looking for properties for consideration for the following categories:
Exceptional Grounds
Repurposed Homes
Winter Whites (white homes and/or spaces)
Interesting Ceilings
Ski Chalets

Stunning Outdoor Seating

The best way to submit your high resolution photography is through Luxury Portfolio’s ftp site (instructions here).

** All photography submissions should be submitted to the “Member Photography Submissions” directory on the FTP site. There will be a folder in that directory with your company’s name on it. Upload as many pictures as you like to that folder. Once you’ve uploaded just send an email to Kerri Aveni at kaveni@LuxuryPortfolio.com noting photos are available for her to download. Please just be sure to label your photos with the MLS#.
